Handmade plushies are made to order and take 7-14 business days to create.

Custom pet orders take a bit longer. The current production time for custom pet orders is 2-4 weeks after photos and description are received.

*Please allow additional days during busy season (October - December).

Transit time - USPS delivery:

US (domestic) is usually 3-5 business days except around holidays.
*International Transit time is usually 7-21 business days. Sometimes longer depending on customs in your country. Transit time varies according to each destination country.
